The Stewart Memorial Community Hospital Outpatient Specialty Center is located in Lake City in what was previously Suite 400, accessed through the clinic entrance.
Audiology, Cardiology, Dermatology, Ear, Nose & Throat, Infusions & Chemotherapy, and Wound Care are housed within the Outpatient Specialty Center. Patients can benefit from the expertise of skilled providers in a comfortable and familiar setting.
The Outpatient Specialty Center is staffed by a team of dedicated healthcare professionals who are committed to providing compassionate and personalized care. Patients can expect to receive expert treatment from familiar faces, making their healthcare experience more comfortable and reassuring.
The SMCH Outpatient Specialty Center is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 – 5:00.
• Audiology: Ken Stallons, MS, FAAA | 4th Wednesday every month
• Cardiology: Andrea Larson, ARNP | 3rd Wednesday every month
• Cardiology – Telehealth: Kyle Ulveling, MD | 1st Wednesday every month
• Dermatology: Abigail Behrens, MSN, ARNP, FNP-C | 2nd Tuesday every month
• Ear, Nose & Throat: Kyle Stansifer, MD | 2nd & 4th Wednesday every month
• Infusions & Chemotherapy: M-F, 7:30-5:00
• Wound Care: Mark Mogensen, PA-C | Every Tuesday
