Stewart Memorial Community Hospital (SMCH) invites the community to its fourth-quarter Lunch ‘n’ Learn seminar on Thursday, November 7 at 12:00 pm.

• Topic: Communication 101: Connecting, Calming and Being Heard
• Presenters: Glenna Nockels, LISW, and Anne Souder, LMHC, of SMCH Mental Health Services
• Location: SMCH Lower-Level Conference Center
• Lunch: Wisconsin cheese soup, Philly steak sliders, and pumpkin cheesecake catered by SMCH Nutrition Services
