Laccey Crimmins has worked in healthcare for over 16 years. Nursing experience includes long-term care, skilled care, public health, wound care, and intensive care. She graduated from Iowa Central Community College with her Associate's Degree in Nursing. She then obtained her Bachelor's in Nursing at Chamberlain College of Nursing in Downers Grove, Il. Laccey received her Masters in Nursing at Allen College in Waterloo, IA.

Laccey was born and raised in Fort Dodge, IA. She and her husband have three active boys. Laccey enjoys playing sports with her kids, golfing, fishing, camping, and running marathons.

Dr. Elijah Miller earned his Bachelor's degree from Wayne State College in Wayne, NE, and his medical degree from Lincoln Memorial University - DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine in Harrogate, TN. He completed his Orthopaedic Surgery Residency at Kansas City University.

Dr. Miller is licensed in Iowa and is Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery. He specializes in joint replacement, sports medicine, and fracture care.

Dr. Miller grew up in Holstein, Iowa. He is married to his wife Randi and they have one daughter, Taytum. His hobbies include outdoor activities, live music, and his Iowa Hawkeyes.
